Late C18 - early C19. Red brick; 3 storeys; 5 sash windows in plaster architraves
and plaster panels between storeys. Plain pilaster sides; moulded wood frieze
and cornice. Ground floor has modern shop fronts set back behind 2 detached
columns carrying upper storeys, with piers at ends.

Nos 4, 8 and 10 form a group with Nos 1 to 5 (odd) Pillory Street.
