Gate piers, gates, steps, and garden walling. C18. Coursed and squared low lias garden wall to the frontage, set-off,
coping. Opposite the main entrance to the house a pair of tall square Ham stone piers with moulded caps, ball finials,
paired wrought-iron gates, overthrow steps up. Forecourt wall extends to roadside similar style, ramped up in 4
sections; further section of wall returns along rear of garden towards Swell Court (qv).
