House. Probably C16 or C17. Roughcast over stone rubble, painted rubble gable
wall. Asbestos slate roof. Large stone stack with tapered top and weatherings on
ridge off-centre to left, immediately above front door. Appears to have a 3-room
and baffle entry plan (very rare in Devon). Two storeys. Two widely-spaced
windows in second storey. In front of doorway a large C20 lean-to porch. One
window to left in ground storey, two to right. All windows have C19 or early C20
wood casements, except for the two ground-storey windows flanking the porch, which
have 3-paned horizontal sliding sashes. 2 narrow openings and larger central
opening in ground storey or gable end with 2 C20 inserted lights. One 2-light 3-
pane timber casement with slate weathering over at first floor. Interior not
inspected, but probably has early features, Interior not inspected, but probably
