Waiting room and ticket office. Opened in 1922. High plinth of long hand-made bricks with genuine oak timber frame above with plastered infill and hipped tiled roof. Rectangular building of one storey with oak-framed mullion and transomed windows with leaded lights. Three entrances with double half-glazed doors with lettering of the period picked out in gold. Waiting room retains original built-in benches. Attached plaque reads "Erected by The East Kent road Car Company Limited; and opened by His worship, the Mayor of Sandwich, on the 30th May, 1922."
