A row of three firemen's houses. 1925-27. Designed by A. E. and T. Sawday.

Red brick, partly rendered with plain tile hipped roofs. Four ridge stacks. Brick plinth, quoins and eaves band with corner brackets. Two storey. Seven window front. Projecting slightly taller single window centre with central doorway with brick surround and inset part glazed door with side lights. Above a twelve-pane casement. Set back either side are two two-light glazing bar casements, with two similar smaller windows above. Projecting side wings have single three-light glazing bar casements, with above single smaller two-light casements.

This row of three houses was built as part of the firemen's accommodation provided with the Leicester Fire Station.
