House and steps and gate to front. Circa early to mid C19. Stone rubble with
granite quoins and dressings. Slate roof with gable ends. Granite end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with central entrance. Two principal rooms to front heated
by end stacks and service rooms to rear. Small C19 outshut on right hand end.
Exterior: Two storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front. C20 panelled door in centre
flanked by two C19 16-pane hornless sashes with three similar sashes on first floor.
To rear, C20 windows on ground floor and C19 16-pane hornless sashes on first. On
right hand end, lean-to outshut with granite piers infilled with stone rubble and
slate lean-to roof.
To front is a C19 iron gate and flight of granite steps leading up to the house.
Interior: Not inspected.
