House. Probably C18 with C19 extension. Plastered rubble with cob wall tops,
exposed on north-west side; rubble stacks topped with C19 and C20 brick; thatched
roof. 3 room plan main range set back from road and facing north-east with axial
stack to right serving central room and rear corner stack serving right end room.
Single storey single room extension built at right angles projecting forward from
right (north-west) end. Main range is 2 storeys. Irregular 2-window front to main
range including a C19 2-light casement ground floor right end with narrow glazing
bars and C20 casement without glazing bars to left. 2 first floor windows are
probably late C18 - early C19. 3-light casements, central casements with glazing
bars and flanking fixed pane lights with small rectangular panes of leaded glass.
Early C20 plank door with flat hood at left end. C20 windows with glazing bars to
extension. Roof is gable-ended to left (adjoining neighbouring cottage) and half-
hipped to right; gable ended extension.
Interior has plain carpentry detail. Roof not inspected.
