Pair of cottages. Mid-late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, dressed quoins,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 bays of 3-light flat-faced mullioned
windows with slightly recessed mullions with an inner chamfer to each floor.
2nd bay has altered ground-floor canted bay-window. Doorways with tie-stone
jambs either side of 2nd bay. That to right has gabled wood and glass mid-C20
storm porch. Brick stacks to gables and one other to ridge.

Interior: plain but with chamfered spine beams with run-out stops.
