Early C19. Brick with rendered blocking course, stucco string course at 1st floor
sill height. 3 storeys, 4 windows, those of 1st and 2nd floors with gauged flat
arches, 1st floor windows set in wider shallow recessed arches with moulding between
windows at impost height. Ground floor windows, round arched with stucco reveals.
All sash windows with glazing bars, those of ground floor with gothic interlaced
glazing bars. Central round headed doorway with concave stucco surround, plain
fanlight and panelled door.
