(east side)

7/67 No.20, (York House)

G.V. II

House. Early C19, mid C19. Brick with colourwashed render.
Slate roof with moulded wooden eaves and gable stacks. 3 storey,
3 bay front with central doorway with flanking Doric half
columns, small entablature, overlight and panelled door. Doorway
flanked by single plain sashes with 3 plain sashes above and 3
plain sashes above them. All the windows with segmental heads
and margin lights.
