Street elevation is 2 storeys and attics. Full-height rounded bow with
3 lights to first and second storeys, double-hung sashes with glazing bars,
band at cills. Parapet and cornice. Modern door and 2 windows down steps.
Hunter Street elevation of 2 storeys and attics. 2 sloped dormers with glazing
bars. Modern door to No 1 under 4-light rectangular fanlight. 4-panel
door to No 2. Inset foot scraper.
