House. Early C18 2-bay end chimneystack house, refenestrated in early C19, when it probably
acquired a further chimneystack at the front, and extended to the right in C20. Red brick in
Flemish bond. Tiled roof with right-side end brick stack and left-side cement rendered stack. Two
storeys; 2 windows. Iron casements with leaded lights and pintle hinges. Cambered heads to
ground floor. Half-glazed C19 door in original cambered opening. C20 one storey brick extension
to right. Outshot to rear. Interior has inglenook with bread-oven, plank door with L-hinge, spine
beam with runout stop, plank doors, winder staircase and mid-C19 firegrate, amongst other
features. Mentioned in 1911 Victoria County History of Surrey.
