GV II

Includes: Nos.3, 5 AND 7 STANDARD HILL.
House, now offices. 1810-1814, altered late C20. Red brick,
with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof. Rendered plinth,
modillion wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 3:1 windows, those to the
second floor smaller. Windows are mainly original glazing bar
sashes with wedge lintels and double keystones. To left, a
symmetrical front with small central windows flanked by larger
ones. Moulded round-arched doorway with recessed 6-panel door
and fanlight. To right, a single bay, raised late C20, with a
window on each floor.
