Former public house, c1860. Brick with rusticated stucco to ground floor and low pitched roof not visible. Three storeys, three window range. Ground floor comprises a range of three arches, with doorway to left and arch to passage to right flanking central window. Dentilled cornice over carrying cast-iron balustrade. Two-pane sashes in moulded stone architraves over, with segmental arches and keystones. Continuous sill band to second storey windows, also in moulded architraves. Moulded modillion brackets carry overhanging roof.

A robust and unusually complete Italianate public house facade of the mid C19.
