Pair of houses. c.1840, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond,
with sandstone dressings and slate roof. Double-depth plan,
No.13 double-fronted and No.15 single-fronted. Two storeys
with cellars, 3+2 windows; with plinth, 1st-floor sill-band,
wooden modillioned eaves cornice. Each has a doorway with
stone pilastered doorcase, dentilled cornice, pediment,
panelled door and rectangular overlight, a tall stone canted
bay window (to left and right respectively) with pilasters,
dentilled cornice, blocking course, and 4-pane sashed glazing;
and other windows with flat-arched heads and 4-pane sashes.
Ridge chimney at junction, gable chimneys at both ends.
Interior not inspected. Forms reflected pair to Nos 9 and 11
to the left (q.v.).
