Pair of shops, originally a single commercial building. Mid
C19. Stucco over brick, roof not visible behind high parapet.
3 storeys, 6-window range. Shop fronts inserted late C20,
upper windows are 2-pane sashes with moulded architraves, with
cambered heads with keystones to 2nd storey. Facade divided
into 3 bays by full-height pilasters. Moulded cornice and
parapet. Central segmental pediment flanked by balustrading
and urns on pedestals, inscribed with the name "Blower".
