Terrace of 5 houses. c1840. Brick with Welsh slate roof. 2
storeys, each dwelling a 2-window range. 6-panelled doors with
plain overlights and panelled architrave with console brackets
to entablature. 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged
brick heads on each floor. End wall stacks. The terrace
follows a similar design to Nos 18-38 Whitehall Street (qv)
but with simplified detail and a slightly smaller scale. It
also formerly had wrought-iron balconies.
