Hunting lodge(?), now farmhouse. Late C19 front to C17 core,
with additions. Timber-frame and brick, now roughcast; plain
tile roof; massive rubble stack with spurred composite brick
chimneys.
2 storeys and attic; 4-window range: casements in moulded
cases; gable over staircase; 3 roof dormers with 2/2
casements. Entrance to left: part-glazed plank door in moulded
frame under wrought-iron trelliswork porch; casement to left;
small single-storey advanced wing to right, with canted
bay-window with casements; further casement. Late C19 wing to
left: hipped plain tile roof; tier of 2-light casements. Right
returned side: temporarily blocked entrance. Rear: three
2-light casements, in moulded case; three C20 roof dormers in
moulded case, to right; central 3-light casement in moulded
case; doorway to left. 3-light casement and reduced brick
stack to rear of wing.
