House, now office. 1867, altered C20. Red brick, stone
details, slate roof. 2 storeys with attic and basement, 2
bays. The left entrance bay breaks forward slightly and rises
as a square-section turret with truncated pyramid roof, the
right gabled bay has paired windows on basement, ground and
first floors and an ornate Dutch-style gable with stone coping
and vase finial. Panelled door with overlight, hoodmould over.
Plate-glass sashes throughout, hoodmoulds, slender attached
columns with foliate caps separate the paired windows; Gothic
arch to attic window. Stone impost bands, bracketed turret
eaves.
