GV II

House. Early C19. Timber-framed and rendered with hipped slate
roofs and 3 brick stacks.
PLAN: square plan form with well roof, and single-storey wings
to north-west and south-east.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. 1st floor has 12-pane
sash windows with moulded surrounds. Ground floor has
lattice-work porch with glazed tent roof enclosing 12-pane
sash window and door with reeded architrave and fanlight over;
large C19 semicircular bow window with flat roof and further
12-pane sash window.
The front of the south-east wing has a C20 two-light window
and two 6-pane sashes. The front of the north-west wing has 2
pairs of small-paned French windows. The 1st floor of rear
elevation has three 12-pane sash windows, one raised high
under eaves. Lean-to conservatory at north-west flank and tall
gabled extension on south-west flank.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
