House, now shop. 1837. Red/brown Flemish-bond brick with
rendered flank and gabled slate roof with ridgeline stack to
one end.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range; lower rendered block to
rear. 1st floor has 12-pane sash windows with stucco arched
heads and keystones with recessed panels. Ground floor has
semicircular-arched entrance with stucco keystone, moulded
arch and imposts; recessed C20 door has semi-circular fanlight
with radial glazing bars. The date 1837 inscribed on a
1st-floor window sill.
