Pair of semi-detached houses, possibly originally single
dwelling. Mid C17 or earlier. Timber-framed and rendered with
some weatherboard, and C20 imitation timber-framing on front;
gabled plain tile roof with stack to rear of ridgeline.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with stack behind ridgeline; 2-window
range. Each unit has a 3-light C20 window on each floor, those
to No.12 being metal. No.11 has a C20 small gabled brick porch
and a diamond-shaped window. No.12 has a fixed window with
central hoizontal transom and C20 door.
North-west flank is of black weatherboarding and roof is of
side purlin type. Rear has 2 tiled lean-tos.
INTERIOR: ground floor of No.11 has large exposed spine beam,
smallish square joists and fireplace with timber mantel beam.
Of 3 bays and no evidence for original internal subdivision.
