House. Mid C19. C20 roughcast, wide eaves to C20 hipped slate
roof with external moulded stacks to the two sides.
Double-depth plan with projecting left-hand range. 2 storeys;
EXTERIOR: 3-window range. Continuous eaves cornice; continuous
moulded sill band to the first floor which has 6/6-pane sash
windows except over the door which is 4/4-panes. The ground
floor of the projecting left-hand range has a late C19 canted
bay with a swept metal roof, modillion cornice, moulded
pilasters to the angles and full-height plate-glass windows.
The 4-panel front door set in the angle of the projection is
enclosed by a C20 conservatory. The returns and rear have
horizontal glazing bars to 2/2-pane sash windows.
