574-1/9/97 Cottage to rear of
Nos 90, 92 and 94

GV II

Cottage. Early C19. Timber-framed and weatherboarded with some
brick; gambrel roof of asbestos tiles, and some corrugated
iron; large central red-brick ridgeline stack.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attic. The north-west elevation
is of white weatherboarding with 2 windows, between 2 doors,
all boarded up at time of survey. South-west end stripped of
boarding but with one tiny window. South-east elevation is of
black weatherboarding with single-storey lean-to extension of
brick with asbestos slate roof.
Single-storey extension on south-west end of red brick with
corrugated-iron roof, some black boarding and garage door
extension with lean-to roof on south-west face.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Little altered example of a small urban dwelling of this date.
