Cottage. C17. Timber-framed and white weatherboarded with
gabled plain tile roof; tall off-centre stack on ridge.
EXTERIOR: one storey with attic, but with large C20
flat-roofed single-storey rear extension. Front has 2 small
display gable-like dormers of white boarding, rising above
front wall plane; each of these has a small 8-pane sash window
with moulded surround. Ground floor has two 2-light leaded
casements, two 3-light similar windows and plain C20 door.
East elevation is of painted corrugated iron. West elevation
has small 2-light casement in gable and 2 other small fixed
