House, now 2 dwellings. Early C19. Rendered brick with hipped
slate roof; 2 stacks behind rear wall and rear lean-to.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range; monopitched extension on
south-east end. Front has plain parapet and a 16-pane sash
window either side of a narrower 16-pane sash. The ground
floor has central projecting Greek Doric doorcase with fluted
columns and pilaster responds. Flat projecting hood/cornice
and Greek fret variant on frieze; rectangular fanlight with
curved triangle between semicircular-pattern glazing bars; 3
stone steps and door of 2 panels over one horizontal panel and
2 square panels under, all with geometric patterned framing.
Similar patterning on soffit over. Iron boot scraper between
column and pilaster on flank. Flat-roofed C20 garage at
north-west corner of rear.
