Annex to public house. Early/mid C19. Part render and part
white weaterboarding with slate hipped roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. North-east front has, on first floor, 2
canted C19 oriels with sashes, each with a single vertical
glazing bar. The ground floor has two tripartite sashes,
flush, with central vertical glazing bars.
North-west elevation has 2 sashes on 1st floor with central
vertical glazing bars and similar window and C20 door on
ground floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
