Two houses. 1827-30. Brick with some painted stone dressings.
Slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. No.23 of 2 bays with a doorway in the
left-hand bay. No.24 of one bay with a doorway to the left.
The windows have painted rusticated lintels. Those to No.23
are glazing bar sashes, and those to No.24 are sashed. The
doorcases have reeded engaged columns, plain friezes,
cornices, and plain rectangular overlights. The door to No.23
has 4 recessed panels, and the door to No.24 is C20 with 6
raised and fielded panels. No.23 has a timber gutter on
rectangular brackets, and No.24 has a PVC gutter. Ridge
chimneys between houses and shared to left and right.
