Circa 1700, but probably incorporating an older framed structure. Symmetrical elevation facing road of red brick with projecting two-storey porch in centre. Plinth and band of brick. Eaves and gutter. Tile roof with ends half hipped. Centre ridge stack. Hip tiled roof over porch projection.

Two storeys and two small flat-roofed leaded dormers. Ground floor. Large sash window on either side of porch under flat segmental brick arches (vertical glazing bars only). C19 half glazed front door. First floor. Wide C18 sash window on either side of porch in exposed frames with closely spaced glazing bars. Small sash window over door in centre and at either side of porch projection. Dormers with casements (bars partly removed).
