C16 or earlier house, much restored, possibly once a hall house. 2 storeys
and attic, 5 windows, irregular. High pitched tiled roof with compound stack.
2 hipped gabled dormers. Tile hung 1st floor, brick ground floor. Modern plank
door in gabled porch. Modern casements. Foundation of large rubble masonry.
Modern rear extensions. Inside much of the original timber framing and heavy
beams remain. Inglenook rebuilt.
