Mid Cl9. Estate cottage of 1 storey and attic, with a symmetrical facade
of 3 windows, with a small northern extension of 1 storey, 1 window. Red
tile roof, with 3 gables to the front (east) and a central one to the rear.
Red brick walling in Flemish Garden Wall bond with blue headers, cambered
ground-floor openings. 2-light casements, the upper having cills at eaves
level with original leaded panes. Solid doorframe enclosing a 3-light
fanlight and a modern ½-glazed door.
