Creedy Farmhouse

Bank barn. Mid-late C19. Mortared rubble with brick dressings; slate roof. Barn
over shippon and cart shed facing south-east across and terraced into hillside.
Barn has opposing doors to threshing floor; the rear door at ground level, the
front door over the shippon. South-east front has large central barn door with
elliptical brick arch over and, at left end a smaller loading bay. Shippon has 2
arch ways each with ventilator to right. All apertures have elliptical brick
arches. Roof hipped each end. Right end basement is a cartshed with archway
entrance in right end wall. Circular owl hole above near the eaves. Barn has 6-
bay king post truss roof.
