Cottage. C19. Plastered cob and rubble; brick and rubble stack; thatched roof.
Gable-ended 1-room cottage facing west with double depth plan and stack projecting
from right (south) end. 1-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars and
plant door to right with C20 thatched monopitch hood. Plain carpentry detail
inside. C19 cottage added to southern end of Clovelly Cottage (q.v.). Included
for group value. Adjoining on west side a cobbled path raised up into long shallow
steps is included.
