Attractive late C17 cottage in brick, rough rendered and colour-washed.
Small plinth. 2 storeys and attics. Mansard roof of old slates, 2
gabled dormers. Brick eaves cornice. 3 windows, segmental arches, C19
casements. 2 chamfered bays on ground floor. 6 panel door (4 panels are
glass) to left, segmental arch. Modern glass door to right. NMR.

Nos 3 & 5 form a group with the listed buildings in Market Place
(South Side).
