Well house. C18-19. Timber-frame and thatched hipped roof. E
spindle with a drum at the top, and braced arm for a horse,
and 4 W posts for the winding wheel over the well which is
capped by a stone flag. A rare and unusual surviving example
of this type. Miers Court is not included.
