C18 or early C19. 2 storeys in coursed stone with pantile roof with flat stone
verge with shaped corbel to right. 3 brick stacks. 4 windows, stone lintels
with keystones, hung sashes with glazing bars. Rusticated quoins. Stone eaves
cornice. Ground floor has 2 C19 bay windows with plain pilasters. Rendered plinth.
Yard door to right with rectangular fanlight below blocked stone fanlight, lintel
with keystone. Door to left has lintel with keystone, rectangular fanlight,
up steps.

Nos 35 to 37 (consec), Mount Royd. 38 to 40 (consec), St Joseph's Presbytery,
Roman Catholic Church of St Joseph, Church Hall, and Nos 44 to 47 (consec) form
a group, of which Nos 35, 37 and Mount Royd are buildings of local interest.
