Semi-detached cottage. Early C19. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; concrete roof tiles with stepped coped
east gable, abutment to west; truncated stone chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Plain slightly-chamfered mullioned
windows of 3 lights with horizontal-bar casements inserted; between bays a boarded door in deep plain recess, with flat
stone hood on brackets. Lean-to garage building on east gable. Interior not seen. Attached on west side to Brookside
Cottage (q.v).
