House. Late C16 or early Cl7 with probable earlier origins.
Sandstone rubble gable ends, otherwise painted render over
stone and cob; thatch roof with C20 brick ridge and right-end
stacks. Probably originally of 3-unit plan, with entry to
right of hall stack and heated parlour to right. One storey
with attic; 3-window front with mid/late C20 windows and door.
Continuous lean-to extension to rear, which has old 2-light
casement with glazing bars to eyebrow dormer. Interior not
inspected but noted as having retained many original features
including chamfered beams, open fireplaces with chamfered
bressummers and chamfered doorway with shallow pointed arch to
old plank door; jointed cruck roof.
