Cottage. C17, extended in C18 and C20. Timber framed clad in coursed sandstone
with ironstone galleting and brick dressings, red and blue brick to right end.
Plain tiled roofs, hipped with gablet to left end. Two storeys with end stack to
left, and square, multiple stack to left of centre under corbelled top. Decorative
front elevation with wide brick plat band over tall ground floor, basement plinth
to left half. Irregular casement fenestration with five windows on the first floor,
all except that to the left end with decorative, arched head glazing tracery. Four
windows on ground floor, two to left under cambered heads of red and blue brick.
Shallow C20 bow window with splay sides to right under semi-dome roof. Casement
doors (old entrance) to left of centre, new half glazed door under gabled porch to
right of centre. Tile hung extension to left, pentice extension to rear, framed.
