GV II
House, formerly a pair of cottages. Probably early C18 with a mid C19 extension. Coursed limestone
rubble, painted to front, with brick stack set at junction between thatch roof to left and Welsh slate
roof to right. 2-unit plan, including double-depth mid C19 extension to right. 2 storeys. 3-window
range with timber lintels over mid C20 casements and door to left, and homed 2/2 sashes set in flush-
rendered architraves to right; mid C20 porch to right. Interior of C18 house includes original roof
structure with collar trusses and tenoned in-line purlins.
