Town house with later shop front. Early C19 on early C17 site.
Roughly-hewn granite ashlar front; dry slate roof; C20 brick
stack on right. Overall U-shaped plan with rear service wings.
2 storeys; 3-window range front. Late C19 four-pane horned
sashes; approximately central doorway incorporated into early
C20 shop front with canted and transomed shop window with
similar shop doorway on its right; 2-panel doors with glazed
top panels and overlights; end pilasters and fascia with
moulded cornice. INTERIOR of shop altered C20, otherwise not
inspected.
