C18. Brown brick, red dressings. Two storeys over basement to street elevation,
3-storeys to river front and attic. Mansard roof.
Street Elevation: 4-windows wide with stucco bands and parapet. Entrance doorway to
right up steps with doorcase with fluted pilasters, dentilled entablature and cornice.
Square headed flush framed sashes.
River Elevation: 3-storeys with attic with central 3-storey splayed bay of 3 windows,
and one window either side. Above splayed bay, a stone or stucco balustraded parapet
with balcony on first and second floors. Stucco band between first and second floors.
