Watermill and miller's house. Circa early C19. Stone rubble with
brick dentil eaves. Slate roofs with gabled ends. Brick axial and
gable end stacks.
Plan: Rectangular plan mill with L-shaped plan miller's house
attached to NW end.
Exterior: 3-storey mill with small segmental brick arch windows.
L-shaped plan mill house on right (NW) with gable-ended wing on
left with small casements and brick gable end stack, and main
range on right with 2-light casement and glazed and panelled door
in segmentally brick arch openings.
Interior: The mill house interior is said to be largely intact
with much of its original joinery. In the mill some of the
machinery survives including two stones.
