Combined garage and garden room. c1900 by Sir Reginald Blomfield, 1 storey brick garage in
stretcher bond with tiled roof and 2 cambered doorcases. Attached on the central gable is a
projecting garden room raised on wooden piers. This is weather-boarded with hipped tiled
roof, central hoist and casement windows on 3 sides.
