Detached cottage. C18. Ham stone coursed rubble; thatched roof, half-hipped at north end, plain gable to south; brick
end chimney stack. Two storeys 2 bays. Early pattern leaded casements, 2-light above, 3-light to lower bay 1, and to
lower bay 2 a 2-light horizontal-bar casement, both lower windows under timber lintel - all windows fitted with clay
tile cills. On south gable a lean-to porch for gable entry, with corrugated asbestos cement sheet roof, C20 boarded
door, above which is a small 2-light stairlight. Interior not seen.
