Detached cottage. Early C18. Dressed limestone, thatched roof with hip to right and coped verge to left, brick stacks. Two-storey, two-window front has two three-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows to ground and first floor. Right return is entrance front with C20 lean-to extension with porch, attic has two-light casement. Left return has two-light casements. Rear has C20 extension and two-light casements.

Interior not accessible at time of survey (April 1985).
