2 cottages, formerly single house. C17, most rebuilt in C19. Plastered cob on
rubble footings; rubble stacks topped with C19 and C20 brick; thatched roof. Pair of adjoining cottages facing north-east. Park Villa to the right (north-west) is a 2 room plan building with axial stack and through-passage on right end. Park House is a 2-room crosswing to the left (south-east) with outside lateral stack. Both 2-storeys. Overall irregular 4-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars. Park Villa has C19 6-panel front door and C20 gabled and slate roof porch. C20 French window door to Park House. Passage has no doorways either end. Roof is gable ended to right and hipped to Park House.
Interiors show plain carpentry detail except Park House which has a large mid C17
stone rubble fireplace with its oak lintel soffit-chamfered and bar runout stops.
