Farmhouse. 1854 for SBM (datestone), the roof rebuilt after fire in the early 1980's
Stone rubble with granite quoins. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Tall
rendered end stacks with set-offs.
Plan: Front range of two room and cross passage plan with service wing to rear left.
Late C19 or C20 wing of one-room plan to rear right.
Tudor Gothic style.
Exeterior: Two storeys with cellar below left hand service wing. Central C19 gabled
porch with granite quoins and coping to gable. 4-centred arch with hood mould. C19
6-panel door within with chamfered granite lintel. Datestone SBM in gable end.
1854
Flanked by two pairs of C19 mullion and transom windows with granite
frames. First floor with two double 2-light casements flanking a central 3-light
casement. Entrance to cellar on left hand side of rear wing with segmental arched
opening. Gabled porch near gable end.
