GV II

House. 1820 with slight alterations c.1860. Brick and stucco with a shallow
pitched slate roof.. 2 stucco gable stacks. 2 storey. Street front 3 bays
with central round headed doorway with elaborate surround and 6 panel door with
fanlight all within a slightly projecting pediment porch. Either side are
single glazing bar sashes with Tudor hoods. above, 3 glzing bar sashes the
central one slightly narrower, all with Tudor hoods. Garden front also has
central round headed doorway with half-glazed C20 door and fanlight flanked
by single glazing bar sashes with Tudor hoods. Interior contains many original
features, a stick baluster staircase, cornices, doors with door surrounds and
