TL 90 SW STEEPLE OFF STANSGATE ROAD

4/174 Boundary Marker Post

Boundary marker post. C19. Cast iron. Low square post, approximately 18"
tall with circular moulded head. The base with moulded letters ST. B.H. and
Coat of Arms over, relating to St. Bartholomew's Hospital, London. The only
known surviving marker post on Ramsey Wade old sea wall although 2 were still
in situ 1978.
